Acceptable Use Policy

You may use RPM Execution App to:

• Set and track personal or professional goals using the RPM framework.
• Generate and refine sprint task lists to support your execution.
• Use AI coaching, CEO, and PM advisor features to gain perspective on your work.
• Review sprint performance and generate improvement insights.

You must not use RPM Execution App to:

• Generate, distribute, or promote illegal content.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or abuse the underlying AI models.
• Submit prompts designed to bypass safety filters or elicit harmful outputs.
• Enter sensitive personal data (health conditions, financial account details, legal proceedings, or third-party personal information) into goals, tasks, or AI conversations.
• Automate requests to the service in a way that exceeds your tier's daily usage limits or disrupts the service for other users.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm any person.

The AI advisors (Coach, CEO, PM, Weekly Review) produce responses based on your inputs. These responses are informational only and do not constitute professional legal, financial, medical, or business advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on AI-generated content.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Always apply your own judgement before acting on AI-generated suggestions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account deletion.
